The life coach is coming out today and I'm keeping it real. Many professions are feeling the hit because of todays economy. Its no secret. Many of ys have got back to the basics and many have said PEACE OUT I'm going back to a 9-5 JOB! Id be lying if I said the thought hasnt crossed my mind.(more than once) You know that saying "What you focus on grows?" Or "Your thoughts become things". They are both very true!! When i hear people talk about the economy and the real estate market and partake in conversations focused on the negative. My mind goes to the dark place and almost panic mode. On the flipside if I surround myself with postive influences, do the inner work and focus on improving my craft I see the light!!! I know this sounds "woo woo" but its true! Has the market changed? Yes. 100%. Have I felt it mentally and financially. Yes 100%! Does that mean its tome to throw in the towel??? NO. NO. NO. Its tome to step up to the plate and say "Game on!" Lets do this. Its time to improve your craft. Do the inner work. Distance yourself from the negativity!! Realtors and lenders I know some of you are freaking the f out right now. And its okay! Its normal to stress, just dont live there! Give yourself a moment to be stressed. Take a break and then get your ass back up!! We got this!! If you have to find a side hustle during this time dont let anyone "shame" you for it. You do you!!! We are in an industry where people love to gloat, love the accolades and unfortunately many people in out industry can be ass holes!! Dont let them dim your light! You got this! Remember your WHY! Everyone just needs to calm down. Take time for yourself and improve your skills!
